www.getletdirect.com,now established 4 years, aims to provide a better service for Landlords that costs less and be far more effective. After much consultation with both Landlords and agents and a lot of research we decided the time was right to develop a self service property website that could do more than just advertise. Based in the mid West of Ireland getletdirect.com was founded in June 2006 to cater for the needs of Landlords/investors and tenants, throughout the west. It became increasingly apparent that there was a growing need to help property owners become more efficient in finding tenants. The best way to do this is by using the medium of a well managed website. The number one priority for Landlords is to either continue the rental income without a break or quickly generate income to offset monthly costs. The best way to achieve this is to place the property on the website with as much information as possible by way of description and photographs optional.This is a process that can be done cheaply and without delay.

Also, we provide eye catching signs with our distinctive logo to attract the passer-by. The sign will have Landlord’s telephone number so tenants can make immediate contact. We provide all documentation to help deal with applicants through to lease contract. Our website is clear of pop up advertising and provides a more prominent placing for your property.
